Roasted corn-fed chicken with sesame oil, sesame seeds, spring onion and lime with three salads:
- Giant butterbeans with spicy tomato sauce, feta and mint;
- Roasted potato with smoked paprika, chili, rosemary and garlic; and
- Basmati and red rice with green peas, cashew nuts, spring onion, dill, sour cherry and fried shallot.
